Terms of Service
Last updated October 21, 2026
This is a working draft prepared for the AgentPlane pilot program. It must be reviewed by qualified counsel before it is relied on or offered to customers.
01Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the AgentPlane website, console, APIs, SDKs and related services (the "Service"). By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of the organization you represent. If you do not have authority to bind that organization, do not use the Service.
Where your organization has signed a separate order form or master agreement with us, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
02The service
AgentPlane is a supervisory control layer for AI agents. It evaluates proposed agent actions against policies you configure, returns a decision, routes selected actions to human approvers, and records an audit trail.
AgentPlane only governs actions that pass through a supported enforcement point. Actions that bypass the enforcement point, or that run through integrations you have not connected, are outside the Service's protection. A decision from AgentPlane is not a guarantee that an action is safe, lawful or correct.
03Accounts and roles
- You are responsible for everyone you invite and for the roles you assign to them.
- Keep credentials, agent keys and signing secrets confidential. Agent secrets are shown once at creation or rotation and cannot be recovered.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your workspace.
04Customer responsibilities
You decide which agents to register, which tools they may use, which policies apply, and who may approve actions. You are responsible for reviewing approvals with appropriate care, for the actions your agents take, and for complying with laws that apply to your use, including data protection and sector rules.
05Acceptable use
You will not:
- use the Service to facilitate unlawful activity or to harm people, systems or data;
- attempt to access another tenant's data, probe or bypass isolation, or test security without our written agreement;
- interfere with the Service, exceed published rate limits on purpose, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows;
- submit secrets, credentials or special-category personal data in action payloads unless your policies require it and you have a lawful basis.
06Pilot and sandbox use
Pilot features are provided for evaluation in sandbox or low-risk environments. Production enforcement requires a completed security review and written sign-off from your organization. We may change or withdraw pilot features with reasonable notice.
07Customer data
You own the data you submit. You grant us a limited right to process it only to provide, secure and support the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and, where required, a data processing agreement.
Audit records are append-only through ordinary interfaces. Retention follows the period configured in your workspace settings, after which records are deleted on a regular schedule.
08Fees
Paid plans are billed as stated in your order. Prices shown on our website during the pilot program are indicative and may change before general availability. Fees are exclusive of taxes.
09Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these terms.
10Warranties and disclaimers
We will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, the Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free or that it will prevent every harmful agent action. Risk scores and thresholds are configurable defaults, not validated safety boundaries.
11Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and each party's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law forbids them.
12Term and termination
These terms apply while you use the Service. Either party may end them for material breach not cured within thirty days of notice. On termination you may export your audit records for thirty days, after which we delete workspace data unless the law requires us to keep it.
13Changes
We may update these terms. We will give at least thirty days' notice of material changes by email or in the console. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
